[mat-wg] New on RIPE Labs: RIPE Atlas Code for Analysis and Statistics Reporting

Dear colleagues, We are releasing the code we use to analyse RIPE Atlas measurements and produce summary statistics. This will make processing these measurement results easier for the community.
