I requested this because it was getting difficult to follow this conversation when multiple copies of the same message (and its followups) were arriving via paths with wildly different propagation delays (NANOG and CIDR appear to be housed on machines with very different available bandwidth, at least relative to where I am). I also feel that this discussion is very CIDR-specific, so anyone interested in it should be on the CIDR list. --Vince
