Greetings All
Apologies to the large number of people who will receive this email unnecessarily. But I have a problem getting a response from the Ripe hostmaster re an ongoing address approval.
I tried writing to lir-help@ripe.net but also with no response, see the mail attached. The ticketing system shows I am expecting a reply.
Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process (apart from getting on a plane to Amsterdam) as this is now getting to the critical stage?
Is anybody else having this problem?
any advice gratefully received
thanks

Greetings help
On 31 July a hostmaster (Leo Vegoda) wrote to me re NCC#2001039519. ". . Thanks for providing all that detail. I've had a look at it does seem fine. Can you confirm which netname you want an approval for? I'll send you an approval straight away, then . ."
I provided the netname the same day ". . network BT-ICH-AMS-UTR . ."
On 14 August not having received a response, i mailed hostmaster asking what was happening. Got an acknowledgement but still no approval.
As of today the i still haven't had any further communication from the hostmaster. Can you let me know what is happening and if i still need to supply more information and what information is required.
thanks kevin

Dear Kevin, Apologies for the delay in handling your request. Unfortunately, this was due to a human mistake. Mails to both mailboxes <hostmaster@ripe.net> and <lir-help@ripe.net> are being handled as normal.
