        However, there are only a few cases in the world where this is an issue. The GIX net is the most interesting of course. Basically, a decision has to be made as to who announces it.
The GIX is no problem, either we assign an AS for the network, and we use (not yet avaliable) tools to make our routers announce it in the correct AS, or, my suggestion is, don't announce MAE-East interconnect network to the outside world at all... (To avoid the multihop-ebgp routing loop problem...) -Peter
