Available from the ripe document store is the revised European IP application form (formerly ripe-098 and now ripe-107). It can be retrieved from directory: ftp:ftp.ripe.net:ripe/docs/ripe-docs/ripe-107.{ps,txt} The only changes made were: i) replace "non-service provider" references with "registry of last resort" and ii) to change the expiry date to 30 June 1994 (now 6 monthly intervals).
