Season's greetings to everyone, The NCC will be open for service between christmas and new year. The campus here will be closed which means less heating and no catering. In the unlikely event that you want to visit us during that period you will have to make an appointment so that we can make arrangements with campus security. Because of the campus closure it is quite possible that the office will not be staffed at times. Electronic mail will be processed as usual, postal mail will not be processed and phone calls will be handled by answering machine at times. We will also conducting some LAN restructuring during the week which may cause some of our machines to be unreachable at times. We will of course keep downtime of the service machines (database, document store) to a minimum. Again all the best from the whole NCC team Daniel
