Dan thanks - the point I'm trying to make is that UUNET [and probably a million other ISPs] have already built suitable programs that could be used by the RIPE NCC for the benefit of the RIPE community. So rather than ask questions and try to micro manage - we should offer our viewpoints and lead by example.
