Hi, The RIPE NCC provides information to its members on the processing of their request tickets via the Rttquery Web Page: http://www.ripe.net/cgi-bin/rttquery This is to let you know that we have updated the page to show the given ticket's relative position in the Wait Queue, where it is put before it is given to a Hostmaster. We also now show customer labels in the ticket's messages. Any text in the Subject of a message between the opening delimiter: #{ and the closing delimiter: #} is displayed next to that message.
