=> IMHO, no. Why should the amount of address space assigned have anything to do => with the way that a network is connected to the outside world? = =I think the important bit is the word "residential" and not the =connection method. For the moment I cannot see clear-cut criteria to label one network as residential and another one as [implied from context] business, and to do so consistently over teh life-time of the connection/network. Which IMO makes that aspect useless to base address distribution policies on. Wilfried.
