This might be a nice idea, if we got a few forms together, and then
do you want to put your suggested form forward (pref. some kind of rework of the RIPE draft)??
at first see how much trouble it is for the local Registries to translate/transform each into a local language version, and then take it from there, trying to find guinea pig applicants who don't mind taking the time to comment on the forms ?
or we could use the RIPE audience at Prague ..
