What "market value"? A market value is set by figuring out at which cost the market will still buy enough of an item to turn maximum profit. There _is_ no /8 market. There are 256 /8's in the world and they are not for sale. At least that's what I've been told for years and have told my customers again and again: IP addresses are not for sale, but you can borrow the amount of addresses you realistically need.
