Access needed in several West-Europeans

      Our customer asked for our help, to  
 setup Internet access to his offices in Europe.

The access needed is Frame-Relay CIR=0 or in 
 other words, the cheapest permanent connection solution.
(Semi-permanent (ISDN) migth be considered).

Locations:
(When they are two cities, we need both of them)
Countries: France,Netherland,Austria,Spain,Germany,Switzerland,Italy
The cities are detailed below.

Please include evaluated cost of other services needed 
 for this connection, I.E. the leased-lines/Frame-relay
 monthly rates etc...
