Dear Berislav Todorovic, Unfortunately we experience some delay with processing updates, indeed. This is caused by re-indexing of person objects in the database which took longer than usual. Re-indexing is a normal procedure that is run over the weekends. Sometimes, due to the interference with some patterns of queries, it takes longer than expected. While this process is running updates are blocked. Your updates are queued (as we can see, the latest one is from Saturday afternoon) and will be processed as soon as re-indexing finishes (should take another 4 hours). We sent an update of AS-KPNQWESTRO few times since Friday and no answer we got from the robot. That's 3 (three) days !!!!!!!!!
