Could somebody please try to explain what the figures on Bill's wallpaper are supposed to mean? I would also be interesetd in an explanation of the method used to obtain these figures. Amongst others - does the script(s) check against the number registry (ASSIGNED YES/NO ?) and the like. Is there any reason why figures for 193 and 194 are given, but figures for 195 and 62.xx aren't?
