Maintaining IPs in LIRs/Enterprise LIRs

Hi all, I am currently in search for a tool which will help a LIR to maintain its IP addresses - currently everything is listed inside an Excel file, which is, IMHO, a very limited way of maintaining the lists. I was wondering what tools people in other LIRs in Europe use. I'll be more than happy for any advice (and links… :-).
