Dear IPv6 Working Group. On 27 August 2026 we posted a call for co-chair candidates on this list. On October 5 we sent a reminder to the list. Last Friday 9 October was the last day anyone could react or ask questions about this. In the past we have had a few reactions, mostly from people feeling sorry, or candidates that later withdrew their candidacy. This time it was no different, no one even asked information, nor did apply. Christian has stated he wants to continue, and since there are no other applicants, we strongly suggest supporting this. Christian has done an excellent job in all fields of the co-chair work in our working group, and we would be very happy to continue with him. Rgds, Wolfgang and Ray For Internal Use Only
FWIW - I still support IPv6, this ipv6-wg and all three co-chairs. Keep up the good work! Many thanks for doing it! -- Marco On Mon, 12 Oct 2026 09:02:46 +0000 Raymond Jetten via ipv6-wg wrote:

Yes Marco, I too, very much support this sentiment. Thank you co-chairs for the work you continue to do for the IPv6-WG - Mick
