A single terminal or mobile device should get /127 and not /64 ! /64 is for 1 network. If the customer need more than 1 Network, he may get /48.
Please let's not have this debate *again*. Mobile devices will in many cases be used as gateways for personal area networks and as such require *at least* a /64 allocation. Mat.
