I am not sure this is exactly what you were looking for: On RIPE Labs we published a list of IPv6 measurements various people are doing: http://labs.ripe.net/content/ipv6-measurements-compilation It also lists to potaroo, RIS, CAIDA and a lot more. We are currently working on a follow-up article listing data and statistics we found in the meantime. If you are aware of other measurements related to IPv6, we'd be happy to include them.
