98ms from Munich to F. I'm sure we can find a solution for this together with ISC. We are providing transit for a number of public infrastructure and can also give you F (v4 and v6 actually) where we meet. As for H, unfortunately the operators unfortunately haven't responded to queries about establishing connectivity. This is very disappointing. Robert
