Peace,
Just ran over an update on my daughter's handheld console, and the update brought in some IPv6 support!
Note that release-day Switch 2 had IPv6 support. That is, it configured an address using SLAAC. Now, for games and utilities to actually use it is a completely different thing. Same goes for Playstation that is FreeBSD-based, configures an address, but afaik never really uses it. Noting that once upon a time there was a Playstation 2 Network Adapter and that supported IPv6... does not make the software use it though; let alone work on IPv6-only networks... https://www.neoseeker.com/news/1061-scei-announces-new-internet-protocol-for... There was a lot more information about it, but that of course got lost in the history of search engines... Playstation 4 had it at least since 3.50 too: https://toreanderson.github.io/2016/06/15/ipv6-support-in-the-playstation-4.... Regards, Jeroen
