A lot will break for sure. It's not just websites. The DNS may break as
well.

It won't. I expect the resolver is still done by a dualstack system near the ripe meeting or we use just DNS.google. (2001:4860:4860::8888)

You are right, in case someone isn't using the usual resolvers and resolves everything by its own system.

That would be a further test case.
