I agree with this statement. I think there is real value in experiencing the kinds of problems we are likely to see when the IPv4 address space has been fully allocated and further network growth cannot use unique IPv4 addresses. Having an optional CGN-style network to see what works and what needs to be improved would be genuinely useful. Regards, Leo Vegoda
