So far we have two reasons why anycast prefixes, "anycast PI", should be permitted: * Bankruptcy * Routing policies
For ccTLDs, there's a third: Autonomy from ICANN decisions to change IP addresses of DNS servers in the root zone if some IP is no longer servicable.
