What would be really awesome is to stop announcing that network as 'an experiment'. My understanding is that we need 1) [hardest part] get smth better than 'best effort' support level; 2) change the password from 'iknowbesteffort' 3) stop calling it 'experimental' in public 4) tell people that if smth does not work they should fall back to the 'standard' network and see if it helps.
I would be in agreement with the above too. I felt that it “just worked” too and was very pleased to be using it. As a total newbie to RIPE meetings I thought it was a superb thing to have a v6 only SSID and I would endorse moving it forward to a standardised network with a buyer/user beware clause as such. I tried to test a variety of stuff whilst connected to the network and the likes of FaceTime to the family in Dublin worked flawlessly. Thanks again for a superb week!
