Hi!
I know that two of them (AS8472, AS20646) do IPv6 for sure. Let me know if you need contacts. Celox (AS20646) might even be able to provide native.
AS20646 does, but we're receiving them over a redback SMS1800 device on our side which does not support IPv6. AS8472 did not provide when I asked them the last time (last summer).
