Hello,
The Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (ficora.fi) recently published recommendations for IPv6 adoption in consumer grade Internet connections. TREX hosts an annual seminar for ISPs. We're putting together the programme for this year's seminar[1] and we're trying to help Ficora in their push to get IPv6 on the map in Finland.
Please mention http://secureenduserconnection.se/certifications/sec-access-certification/ as a document that ISPs should achieve to pass. This is basically BCP38 stuff for IPv6, but also more.
