Looking at http://www.root-servers.org, i see there are two root-servers located in the RIPE region that could get a /32 from RIPE, provided that RIPE would adopt the same policy than APNIC in this case:
- "I" at Stockholm, Sweden; - "K" at London, England.
I don't see why RIPE would have to adopt any specific policy here? We *have* a "how to get IPv6 addresses for root name servers" policy, and it's already in place. I and K just have to apply for a block.
