Either the list (dynamically generated!) or just a hint or link to a whois DB search URL like the one(s) proposed by Leo?
The microallocations are easily generated from the allocations files: http://www.bgpexpert.com/v6micro.php However, this doesn't include any information on criticalness. Also note that there appear to be no RIPE microallocations currently.
