Sorry if sounding impatient. But what's so difficult in delegating e.f.f.3.ip6.arpa to the same set of name servers as e.f.f.3.ip6.int? Nobody expects the RIRs to actually manage the reverse delegations right now - what's needed is a delegation of the /16, no more. I just don't understand why all of this has to be so incredibly difficult.
