Paula, Here are my comments on the various proposals below: 1. I hope we agree that your planning has nothing to do with IPv8 and/or IPv16 address allocations. 2. I am curious why plans are not being made for MORE registries, more jobs, more sharing of the wealth. 3. You mention other discussions are taking place. Can you describe where ? 4. The whole thing looks like a large multi-level-marketing (MLM) structure. 5. Are your plans compatible with the IRS laws in the U.S. regarding non-profit companies ? Jim Fleming Unir Corporation vPC + C+@ + IPv8 + 2,048 TLDs...this network solution is simple... @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ Policy draft To: ipv6-wg@ripe.net Subject: Policy draft From: Paula Caslav <paula@ripe.net> Date: Thu, 04 Feb 1999 10:52:47 +0100 Sender: owner-ipv6-wg@ripe.net ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- Hi all, This is just to let you know that we decided at the ipv6 working group session at RIPE 32 that people would be given 2 weeks on the mailing list to send their comments about the draft IPv6 Assignment guidelines. If you already made comments at the working group itself, we have noted them down and will consider them. A copy of the draft is in the mailing list archives: http://www.ripe.net/mail-archives/ipv6-wg/current/msg00019.html Kind regards, Paula Caslav RIPE NCC @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
