Regarding Section 4.12 "Addressing Point-to-point Links", I draw your attention to RFC6164, "Using 127-Bit IPv6 Prefixes on Inter-Router Links". And for Sections 4.13 and 5.1 referring to EUI-64-based address generation, http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-6man-ug/ has passed 6man Working Group Last Call and might be of interest.
