That is why I believe in some additional 'MUD-features', such as
restricting bandwidth (not every fridge needs 100Mbit/s), or restricting
access to the internet only on certain hours of the day.

I would like to bring to your attention a new draft:

The purpose of this draft is to describe the behavior of devices that are MUD-capable in terms of bandwidth utilization.  You will note that the draft is marked as experimental.  We can change this designation, depending on how the work progresses.  I have already received several comments on ways in which the model can be simplified, and several comments on how it can be otherwise improved, having only published it a few days ago. 

This having been said, I solicit your thoughts and comments.  In particular:

• How might we assist manufacturers in completing this aspect of the MUD file?
• What are we missing?
• Is the classification approach (ACLs) correct?
