A draft of the report had been circulated to the Forum by PA Consulting on Friday 24th September for comments by 30th September. This report was based on the one circulated and discussed last April and the ENUM trial to date. We understood that several comments were received and incorporated into the final document.

For what it's worth at this stage, I'd note that most of my comments weren't incorporated and I wouldn't have voted to approve the report in the form that was published. Apart from a number of errors, there is mention of a reference document and various processes and policies that the forum hasn't even seen, let alone reached consensus on. I've found the forum experience interesting and educational. I hope everyone else has too. I look forward to hearing how the trial goes.
