All - today, Germany's regulator, RegTP, published the rules for the proposed non-geographival number range 032 and how to apply for it. Applications are accepted as of today, it is expected to have the first allocations completed as soon as in January 05. In short, the main rules are: * egress and ingress access to PSTN * user is geographically unbound * user must have residence or place of incorporation in Germany * it is not a VAS range * it is not a carrier select offer * number portability included into number portability for plain normal landline numbers * (some rules about carrrier select and pricing omitted) Best, Carsten
