I have heard that there are a sort of numbers that are(/will be) assigned to IP telephony there, but we do not have any information about it. (We found Italian Administration Home Page, but we could not find any definition of those numbers.) If time allows, would you please let us know if you have any information (or location(URL) of number, a person of contact, etc.) about the number.
