The organisation responsible for the zone 9.3.e164.arpa is to ask RIPE NCC to change the delegation accordingly (or withdraw the delegation). If you want to help initiating this event personally, you should contact them, i.e. the responsible organisation. Not RIPE NCC. Patrik
