The timeout you experienced with DNSMON may have been transient. If you're still experiencing problems accessing it, please do contact <dnsmon@ripe.net> with more details, and my Information Services colleagues will take a look. DNSMON has no access to any of the servers for any zones, so it can't know about query rates on any of the servers it probes.
