I have a question in relation to your presentation: on the second slide it reads "Tier-1 registry appointed around October" - so my understanding is that UKEC, UKEG's successor, will not have any operational business, but will act as the delegee for 4.4.e164.arpa and have operations outsourced. Is that correct?
Given the perilous potential for the whisky BoF I will get the answer in on Jim's behalf. UKEC will be the delegee for 4.4.e164.arpa, it will outsource the registry operation but will maintain the policy function for UK ENUM. It may also have a role to play in accreditation of some parties (AA?) and code of conduct issues by those players. Jay
