Well it should not be too surprising. Though this list is generally oriented toward classic RFC 3761 using e164.arpa though most of us know  that that the use of 3761 in private instantiations is doing very well indeed and multiple carriers are looking at various forms of  DNS server implementations than can support ENUM.

I curious as to what other open source implementations could support 3761 especially in large scale cached environments.
