Another strange ideia... What if operators receive back money from ENUM registers... what if the ENUM Registry pays 30% or 40% to the operators that make lookups on the tree? It might be pinouts... may not. The "driver" for operators will be to get some revenue from the ENUM tree it self becoming a source of income.
