The State Administration of Communication of Ukraine (SAC) has appointed 
the Ukrainian
Network Information Center (UANIC) to administration ENUM in Ukraine. 
This delegation
allow Ukrainian Network Information Center (UANIC) to conduct testing of 
ENUM-enabled
technologies in Ukraine based on a techinical specification approved by SAC.
This form is an update of our request of 2010, and is also a request to 
restore relevat
delegation records on 0.8.3.e164.arpa that were lost in the database. 
Additionally, we
inform that ITU-T TSB has been notified in advance about this request by 
official letter
on May 1, 2020.
