if you want to present at EIX in Stockholm...
and have not already sent me a note and got a response - then ... please send me a note asap ie before Thursday 28th April noon - as otherwise you may find that we are struggling for space as the final WG sessions spots are still a moving target :-) Our normal practice of taking late presentations may not be possible with the new meeting format! Deadline for presentations will be noon on Wednesday 4th May so we can have all the presentations online in advance of the WG session. Thanks f
Good morning Fearghas, I/we are completely in the dark on the new format and purpose of the EIX. If it is business as usual, you can expect an AMS-IX presentation as usual, but if the set-up is different, I would like to know up-front, so that we adapt our presentation. Please inform (I believe that most EIX-ers are as much in the dark as we are...) The WG session itself will be the same - but the process of deciding which slot we are in on Thursday is still ongoing. The whole RIPE meeting format has been changed to have a long EOF type plenary session with WGs on only the Thursday and Friday am - hence we will only have one slot. f
