You might have noticed an increase in traffic e.g. a AMS-IX and LINX at 20:10 CEST (2h 15min ago).
Well, initially a smallish drop, as stuff poured into various black holes, and then an increase of about 1 Gig over normal as routing tables reconverged.

If this is the right graph, AMS-IX saw a 2 Gig spike:
