Umm ... So IXP's have to have two address blocks for it's infrastructure (one for interconnection infrastructure and one for public services) ?
If I am right, please write exactly this important information to the document.
a plan for allocation of ix mesh space should not prescribe how ix operators do other things. that starts a long and slippery slope. randy
