Domain change document draft
Hello all In the last RIPE meeting I made a proposal for a document that would help hostmasters to change domains between ISPs, carriers, etc. Included in this message is a draft version of that document. Is not perfect, but I think is a good starting point that can be completed by all the members of the WG.
