Hmm. There was the paper from Hans Niklasson and Amar Andersson. We (as in Randy Bush, Hans Niklasson from Tele2, Nic Lewis from the Linx (if memory serves me), you, and me) started to "develop" it a bit, and ran into a situation that lead to major overhaul, so we decided to put out the original paper and go on editing a second paper. This was all done on my laptop, and the documents still live there in the status they were left in Edinburgh. I seem to remember mailing one version or another back to Hans, but I don't know what he did with it. Hans? So, there are some bits and pieces on my hard drive, if anyone feels like picking up the ball, but there might be more consistent versions elsewhere.
