We took it offline because IANA now has a more complete and up-to-date data at http://www.iana.org/cctld/cctld-whois.htm. We did the survey because so much stuff was out of date at that time and in some cases, you couldn't even track down who was running a ccTLD. We gave all the survey data to IANA and it looks like they're doing a good job at keeping it fresh.
