Attila, I suggest to wait with this until you have a more stable IP link. I further suggest that you look for some secondary servers outside Turkey so that the zone information is available even if the link to Turkey is not. Once you have all that you need to send a message to hostmaster@nic.ddn.mil and ask them to change the NS RRs in the root. Of course you have to coordinate this with cliff@lilac.Berkeley.EDU who runs your service now. Daniel
