[dns-wg] DNSSEC KSK Roll-over Event for RIPE NCC Zones

[Apologies for duplicates] Dear Colleagues, On 21 September, we performed a roll-over of Key Signing Keys (KSKs) of all our signed zones. However, we encountered some issues with the signing infrastructure, and we had to perform a roll-back and delay the key roll-over event.
