[dns-wg] DNS measurements available as RIPE Atlas UDMs

Dear colleagues, I am happy to announce DNS measurements, a new addition to the RIPE Atlas User Defined Measurements (UDM), making it in total 4 types of customized measurements available to RIPE Atlas hosts & RIPE NCC members.
